These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Parturi Kaarti website and barbershop services at Iso Roobertinkatu 9, 00120 Helsinki, Finland. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Parturi Kaarti provides barbershop services including haircuts, beard trims, hot towel finishes and related grooming. We do not provide medical, cosmetic clinic, hair colouring or surgical services. Service descriptions and prices are listed on our Pricing page and displayed in the shop.

2. Appointments

Appointments are confirmed by email or phone after you submit a booking request
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your service time or require rescheduling
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking priority
Walk-in availability is not guaranteed

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Current prices: Classic Cut €32, Beard Trim & Shape €22, Cut & Beard Combo €45, Hot Towel Finish €58, Senior Barber Cut €70, Full Grooming Package €95. Payment is due at the time of service by card or MobilePay.

4. Client Responsibilities

Please inform your barber of any product allergies or skin sensitivities before service begins. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

5. Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with a cut, contact us within 48 hours. We will offer a complimentary adjustment where appropriate. Refunds are at our discretion and generally limited to cases where service was not delivered as described.

6. Website Use

Website content is provided for information about our barbershop. You may not copy, scrape or republish content without permission. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

7. Intellectual Property

The Parturi Kaarti name, branding and website content are owned by Parturi Kaarti. Portfolio photographs of clients are used only with consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Finnish law, Parturi Kaarti is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or barbershop services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

9. Personal Data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By contacting us or booking, you acknowledge that processing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in the district court of Helsinki, with consumers retaining any mandatory rights to bring claims in their country of residence under EU consumer law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms for future appointments.
