Projects

Shop work, pop-ups and neighbourhood collaborations

Beyond daily appointments, Parturi Kaarti takes on discrete barbershop projects—shop fit-outs, event grooming and training days. Here is a selection from recent seasons.

Iso Roobertinkatu Fit-Out

Complete interior refresh: reclaimed oak counters, four vintage chairs restored by a Helsinki leather worker, copper mirror frames made locally in Punavuori.

Design District Pop-Up

Two-day grooming station during Design Week. Classic cuts and beard trims for visiting designers between showroom appointments.

Office Grooming Days

On-site barber chair at a Kamppi tech office—twenty-minute beard trims and neck clean-ups for staff during lunch breaks.

Hot Towel Workshop

Evening session for aspiring barbers: towel prep, razor technique and client chair etiquette. Limited to eight participants.

Charity Cut Day

Annual Saturday where all Classic Cut fees (€32 each) went to a local men's shelter. Forty-six cuts in seven hours.

Product Line Curation

Selected three Finnish-made pomades and one beard oil for retail shelf—tested on regulars over six weeks before stocking.
